How much does RoundPro cost?
Solo costs £12 per month for one van and unlimited customers. Team costs £29 per month with unlimited vans and team member invites. New businesses get a 14-day free trial with no card required to start.
Why is RoundPro a monthly subscription instead of a one-off purchase?
Solo costs less than a single house clean each month. The subscription pays for cloud backup, UK address lookups and maps, syncing across your phones and computers, and ongoing updates. There is no contract — cancel any time and download your round data before you go.
Is my round data secure in the cloud?
Yes. Your data is encrypted while it travels and while it's stored. If you lose or break your phone, sign in on a new device and your customers, notes and payment history are all there. On Team, cleaners only see the jobs on their own van — prices and takings stay private to the owner.
Can I use RoundPro without phone signal?
Yes. Open your installed app online first to save your round. You can then view saved customers, edit jobs and record completions offline — every edit saves on your phone and syncs automatically when connectivity returns. The map provides an ordered address list when tiles cannot load; new address lookups need internet.
I keep my round in a paper notepad. Can I move it across?
Yes — no spreadsheet needed. Type your customers into the app straight from your notebook, one per line, in whatever way you write them. RoundPro splits out names, addresses, prices and frequencies, flags duplicates and mistakes, then adds them all to your round with map pins. Unfinished lists are saved to your account, so you can carry on typing on another phone or computer later.
Can I import my existing round from a spreadsheet?
Upload a CSV customer list, check the column mapping and preview, then import. Duplicate customers can be skipped or updated, and map pins can be added while online.
How does Rain Day rescheduling work?
Move the remaining jobs to the next working day, Monday to Saturday, or choose a specific custom date. Recurring rounds support 4, 6 and 8-week cycles.
Can I get my data out if I leave?
Yes. Download your customers and full visit and payment history as spreadsheet (CSV) files any time, and delete your account and data straight away from the app whenever you want.
